This is an effective tox free spray to remove stains from clothing and furniture fabrics.

INGREDIENTS FOR 500ML

• 375ml warm water
• 125g Lectric Soda (approx 1/2 cup)
• 15ml Castile Soap (or laundry liquid)
• Optional: 15 drops of essential oils of choice

METHOD

In a 500ml Améli Home spray bottle, gently stir the warm water and Lectric soda until fully dissolved. Add the Castile soap (or laundry liquid) and stir gently to combine. Screw on the spray trigger cap.

USE

This spray is effective on most fabrics however as always, we recommend a test spray in an inconspicuous location before using.

Apply the spray and leave on the stain for approximately 10 minutes before washing as usual.

For tougher stains, you will need to leave longer, overnight can work well on some stains, but do not do this without testing the fabric first as some fabrics can be discoloured with prolonged exposure.

NOTES

You can purchase Lectric Soda from your local supermarket. It is made from 100% sodium carbonate and contains no phosphates, dyes, colourants or fragrance.

Please note, after prolonged exposure to essential oils, the adhesive on your Améli Home cap liner may weaken.  If this happens, please reach out to hello@amelihome.com for a free replacement liner with no adhesive. We are currently producing cap liners that will be compatible with all liquids. 

Essential oils are usually safe to use when diluted with carrier oils or other liquids, however please research before use, particularly if pets or children could come into contact with the liquid.
