This viral Lectric Soda DIY cleaning recipe is cost effective and free of hazardous substances. You can purchase all of the ingredients from your local supermarket and it can be used on everything from the bathroom to the kitchen, including ovens and upholstery fabrics.
INGREDIENTS FOR 500ML
- 325ml water
- 50ml boiled water
- 75ml vinegar
- 15ml dish soap
- 6ml eucalyptus oil
- 1 tsp Lectric soda
METHOD
Mix the 325ml water, vinegar, dish soap and essential oils in a 500ml Améli Home vessel.
Separately, combine the lectric soda with the boiled water, once dissolved add to the vessel and mix until well combined. Screw on the spray trigger cap.
USE
This spray is effective on most showers, bathtubs and vanities, however it is not safe for aluminium and we recommend a test spray in an inconspicuous location before using (especially fabrics and porous surfaces).

You can purchase Lectric Soda from your local supermarket. It is made from 100% sodium carbonate and contains no phosphates, dyes, colourants or fragrance.
